• Lynn has extensive experience in a variety of senior positions in mainstream education including Headship and holds a CertEd. from Lady Spencer Churchill College of Education and a (B.Ed) PGDip. from Oxford Brookes University. As a teacher Lynn began her career working in inner city London schools with children from a variety of backgrounds before continuing on to the Travellers Education Service with Buckinghamshire County Council.

    Lynn has worked as a Lecturer in Education at Oxford Brookes University, and has designed and facilitated educational training videos for the BBC for teachers and parents. Lynn established a successful chain of day nurseries with her business partner and alongside this created story tapes for children, taking basic fairytales and arranging them to match stages of child development.

    Lynn is an NLP Master Practioner and Horse Practioner having trained in Horse Assisted Learning with Dave Harris in Maidenhead and Gerhard Krebs in Germany. Most recently Lynn has embarked on a journey into Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy having gained a Cert. in Therapeutic Arts in Education from The Institute of The Arts and continues to study for an MA in Intergrative Child Psychotherapy.  Lynn is happily married with two children and two grandchildren and will celebrating her 50th wedding anniversary this year.

  • Laura originally trained as an actor at The National Youth Theatre & Rose Bruford College, graduating with a 1st Class (BA) Hons Degree in Acting. With over 10 years experience performing nationally & internationally in both Theatre and TV, Laura’s career has seen her work for companies such Shakespeare’s Globe, The Royal Shakespeare Company and Netflix UK.

    Whilst working as an actor, Laura developed a passion for working with young people using drama to develop skills and confidence. Understanding the power drama can have to enable people to reach their full potential, Laura went on to train at The Old Vic Theatre as a lead facilitator and has worked on various projects in schools and communities, ranging from storytelling workshops to employability and leadership programmes.

    Laura’s is currently studying for an MA in Child and Adolescent Counselling and Psychotherapy which will result in a MA and PGDip. She is in her fourth year of study and is currently working as a trainee therapist in Primary and Secondary settings in both London and Buckinghamshire. Laura's training is intergrative which encompasses a wide range of modalities from psychoanalysis, to Gestalt to creative therapies such as working with play, dance, drama and music. Laura has a particular interest in working psychodynamically and is training to work with both Children and Adults as a psychotherapist.

Lucy Ingleby

Lucy Ingleby holds a bachelor of science in Psychology, and Postgraduate Diploma and Masters of Education in child and adolescent psychotherapeutic counselling, from Cambridge University. Lucy’s experience as a psychotherapeutic counsellor has all been in schools where the importance of taking a holistic approach to supporting the child has been made clear. Lucy therefore aims to work collaboratively with the whole team around the child which involves parents, extended family members and those involved in support at school.
